I am still able, in most cases, and certainly willing in ALL cases to help you with concerns, replacements, adjustments, etc. I have not severed ties with my several helmet distributors and I want to make sure you have fond memories of EZR... The Riddell Saga

As of June 1, 2007, Endzone Replicas "closed its doors."
Here's why:

Like with most merchants, from October to January is our most profitable time of year.
Riddell's great ineptitude and indifference ruined our business the last two Christmas seasons:

=> They canceled availability of one of our best sellers - on December 11th!
=> They ran out of several other key sellers, and then decided to no longer produce them.
=> They missed numerous delivery dates.
=> They will only deal with distributors - not dealers like me - and thus communicate to dealers poorly and ineffectively about such critical matters as availability dates and backorder status.

They caused me, in December of 2006, to have to make refunds on 40% of all my orders!!

In short, if a dealer is that incompetent, you take your business elsewhere.
When you are a dealer, and the product supplier is pretty much the only "game in town," you don't have that luxury.

We have simply been unable to recover, financially and emotionally, and have decided that it is no longer worth the effort.

We will sincerely miss YOU, our loyal customers and friends, because you have been the light and joy of all this. It is simply a shame that suppliers we depend on don't respect and care for us the same way we have attempted toward you...
